Brackenridge offers a range of support and accomodation services for people with a learning disability. We provide a welcoming and supportive lifestyle for you and your family.
Working with and for people with a learning disability, Brackenridge assists people to achieve opportunities and involvement in a valued lifestyle of their choice shared by family, firends and community.
Crucial to the way we support people is the active promotion of self advocacy, self confidence, independence, participation and choice for every individual.
Referrals to Brackenridge Services are made through Lifelinks Needs and Assessment Agency. If you are considering utilising support services through Brackenridge further details and information on referrals and placement can be obtained by telephone or email.
Brackenridge believes in providing individual support services encompassing the principles of the The Disability Strategy and the "To Have an Ordinary Life Report" with a strong focus on Person Centre Planning and Active Support
