Our supporters

We would like to thank the following donors and community supporters for their contribution to the lives of people with disabilities.

It takes a whole community to make a lasting difference and we feel privileged to be a part of the journey towards a more inclusive Canterbury.

  • Christchurch Casino Charitable Community Trust

The funding kindly received supports our Family Respite Service by providing learning and play resources for children and young people who enjoy a short stay with us.

  • David Ellison Charitable Trust

With this funding, we’re able to better support people’s communication methods by offering assistive devices and switches to aid in greater choice and control of people’s preferences and decisions. Many people we support are non-verbal in their communication, however, with assistive devices, we can improve our response to people’s goals and requirements in life.

  • The Sargood Bequest Trust

We were beyond delighted to receive funding to purchase new bicycles for the young people who are supported in our Family Respite Service. The young people can gain road safety skills, burn off some energy, plus explore some great bike trails together.
